Yes, this campaign is inspired by biblical stories and settings but is open to people of all beliefs and backgrounds. There is no prior commitment, beliefs, or background that is necessary. It is designed to engage diverse people in conversations connected to the Christian faith. It is being hosted by a Christian Ministry, and the Dungeon Master is a Commissioned Elder in the United Methodist Church.
As the Director of the Wesley Center, I’ve always sought creative ways to foster meaningful connections and explore faith in engaging, innovative settings. Leading this Dungeons & Dragons campaign, inspired by the biblical world, is an exciting opportunity to combine storytelling, community, and spiritual curiosity in a way that’s both accessible and fun for everyone.
This campaign, titled The Adventurer’s Guide to the Bible, is a professionally designed and purchased adventure, crafted to offer an immersive and thoughtfully developed storyline. While the campaign’s foundation wasn’t created in-house, I’m thrilled to guide participants through its rich narrative and adapt it to our unique group dynamic.
I’m especially looking forward to welcoming both seasoned adventurers and first-time players into this beginner-friendly environment, where we’ll work together to overcome challenges, solve mysteries, and build community in new and unexpected ways.
Whether you’re here for the storytelling, the camaraderie, or the thrill of rolling dice, I can’t wait to embark on this journey with you. Let’s create something unforgettable together!
